Current Starfest Camping Availability

Online registration opens Wednesday, May 14^th at 9pm.

Simply download our registration form, enter all the required information using Adobe Acrobat Reader (for the best results), print, attach your cheque, and send it to us in the mail with sufficient postage.  Mail in registrations must be received before August 10, 2025.  If you choose this option, do it super early to allow time for delivery and processing.

Check in at the Starfest registration desk to complete a registration form and make payment when you arrive.

Payment can be made by:

• Cash
• Cheque
• Visa
• Master Card
• Debit

We do not accept payment by e-transfer or cash apps.

The registration office will be open as follows:

If your cancellation request is received before July 21, 2025, a partial refund will be issued within 30 days of your request, as follows:

1. 50% of registration fee;
2. Campground fee;
3. The cost of any promotional items ordered;
4. The cost of any dinners ordered.

If your cancellation request is received after July 21, 2025, and before the beginning of Starfest August 21, 2025, a partial refund will be issued within 30 days of your request, as follows:

1. 50% of registration fee;
2. Campground fee;
3. If you ordered Starfest Promotional items they will be mailed to you via parcel post;
4. Dinners are non-refundable.

If while at Starfest, you decide to leave before the end of the conference and are out of the park before 2:00 p.m., a partial refund will be issued at the registration desk as follows:

1. The campground fee for that day and any unused days;
2. Dinners are non-refundable.

If you are a NO SHOW you must request your refund within 15 days of the end of Starfest, a partial refund will be issued within 30 days of your request as follows:

1. Registration fee is non-refundable
2. Campground fee will be refunded.
3. If you ordered Starfest promotional items they will be mailed to you via parcel post.
4. Dinners are non-refundable.
